"Words can't describe how bad this branch of the agency handled things. I'm just devastated and still in shock how this agent and agency handled my mom's Will. I never gave authorization or a signature to authorize payment or use of the life insurance my Mom's left me as beneficiary my choice I told the agent no! I WOULD NOT SIGN. NEZT thing a few months went by and my signature was forged and the agent groffith closed my mom's insurance policy and authorized payment and closure of the account this agent needs to be reprimanded and held accountable."

"Here is what actually happened. After you, your dad and sister went to the funeral home. You all signed and got the forms notarized so State Farm Life Company can send the payment directly to the funeral home for the funeral for your mom who was a very kind woman. Gregoria will be missed. The payment went from State Farm Life Company to the Funeral home directly to pay the majority of the funeral cost. There was a portion left that your sister (Belinda) paid the remaining amount. If you have any issues I would talk with the funeral home, dad and sister since all funds went directly to the funeral home. I'm sorry you feel this way, but I would reach out to your family since I have spoken with them multiple times and stated to me it was handled exactly as the paperwork stated and the direct payments to the funeral home keeps things very simple so no additional burden on the family.
